Right now, Booksmart grows organically. It averages about 10-20 new users a day. We built the platform to help all money save money for free and we accomplished that. Students use Booksmart as a tool to compare the best online prices for new, used, rental and e-textbooks and to also find textbooks available for sale from students on their campus. If the student purchases a textbook or sells a textbook back from one of our affiliate links, Booksmart monetizes by taking a percentage of the sale.
